Full proposal

Refurbish the lower ground floor from its dilapidated state, provide a new flat roof loggia over the courtyard, lift and relay the cobbled stones to form an even surface, demolish the garden WC to form a new opening, and alter the existing door opening to the garden to form a continuous opening. The annexe buildings will be refurbished and revised to form a spa, gym, a changing room and a loft conversion. External works in support of the application will also include changes to the landscaping, improving gardens through planting and surface treatments to bring the property into use.
