Addition of a detached garage in the rear garden with new dropped kerb access from Covedale Road, first floor and side extensions and a new entrance porch to existing dwelling. Solid brick external walls to be upgraded with insulated render and existing windows to be replaced with more energy efficient, slim profile windows. No change of use proposed.
