Full proposal

The proposed extension is to create a brick built extension to rear of the property to create a new open plan kitchen /dining area, the extension will come out from existing rear wall 2915mm x 3815mm wide, the finished height of the extension at tallest point where it meets the existing house will be no more than 4000mm in height and slope down above proposed bifold doors no taller than 3000mm.
