Full proposal

Prior approval is sought for the conversion of an existing agricultural building to form a two bedroom dwelling. The proposal includes essential external works comprising repairs to the existing walls and the insertion of necessary window and door openings to enable the building to be made habitable. Internally, a new cavity wall will be constructed on the existing concrete base to meet Building Regulations requirements. The existing roof structure will be replaced with a new slate roof. No increase to the external dimensions of the building is proposed.
