It is a studio apartment with a GIFA of approximately 58sqm. It is the only dwellinghouse withing the building. The flat shares the common access staircase with the rest of the building. General arrangement floor plans are included showing the flat layout and the access. This application only relates to the Use of the first floor. The [commercial] Use of the remaining floor areas, mixture of office and light industrial (B1 - All Office uses, research and light industrial. Now E), remains unchanged.
