Demolition of existing warehouse (Class B8) and phased redevelopment of site to provide a 25,281sqm (GEA) data centre (Class B8) comprising main data centre building (structure up to 30m above ground level) with roof mounted flues (up to 36m above ground level) and attached three storey ancillary office, modular power room gantry, containerised generator gantry, entrance pavilion, substation, boundary enclosures, internal access road, car and cycle parking, landscaping, and alterations to vehicular and pedestrian access from Premier Park Road.
