Summary

Sub-division of existing dwelling into one 5-bed and one 3-bed house with extensions and loft works.

Full proposal

Sub-division of existing dwellinghouse to create a 1 x 5-bed and 1 x 3-bed dwellinghouses (Use Class C3). Demolition of 2no. Chimneys, greenhouse and side extension. Erection of a part single, part two storey extension to side and rear and new greenhouse. Formation of dormer windows to front roof slope, and insertion of rooflights to front and rear roof slopes in association with a loft conversion. Insertion of solar panels to rear roof slope, air source heat pumps to front elevation, and privacy screen to rear balcony. Alterations to fenestration and landscaping. Provision of bin and cycle stores and rain store tank. (Amended description)
