Loft conversion to create 2 x 1 bed serviced apartments and 1 x 2 bed serviced apartment (Use Class C3). Refurbishment of 3no. existing first floor flats. Formation of 3no. dormers to north elevation and 1no. dormer to east elevation. Installation of air source heat pumps, solar panels and cladding. Removal of 2no. chimneys to north elevation. Formation of glass balustrade to south elevation. Insertion of 6no. rooflights to east elevation and 2no. windows to north elevation. Alterations to roof. Alterations to existing fenestration.
