Application to certify that the proposed home-based private hire taxi service for administrative purpose only, used solely by the occupier of 111-114 Ferry Hinksey Road, with no other staff at the premises, no taxis or drivers, and with no taxi vehicles other than the occupants licensed private hire vehicle parked at the premises is lawful development.
