Proposed part demolition to the rear, reduction in height of the side walls of patio, removal and blocking-up of 1 set of double doors and 1 window on west elevation, installation of french doors to connect bedroom with patio and set of glazed sliding doors to connect Kitchen/Dining Room with patio, installation of mezzanine floor structure at the front to provide an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom and installation of solar panels on the flat roof.
