Full proposal

The proposed works involve reconfiguring and extending the rear portion of the loft to enlarge one bedroom and the existing bathroom with the addition of new dormer windows. Roof extension to include the formation of a hip to gable and a flat roof dormer on the rear part of the roof only. The front elevation remains unchanged.
