Erection of a single storey external porch extension, timber cladding to front elevation, replacement timber cladding to rear elevation at first floor level. Replacement of dilapidated concrete tiled roof with zinc standing seam, replacement windows, entrance door and garage doors. New front garden hard and soft landscaping works.
