Demolition of the existing ground floor rear extensions and replace with a new single storey rear extension. Existing side access to the property will be retained. The scheme also includes the construction of a rear dormer roof extension, together with the introduction of a modest front dormer to enhance natural daylight and improve the functionality of the roof space. At ground-floor level, the proposal reconfigures and extends the rear of the dwelling to create a contemporary family living environment. The design provides an open plan kitchen and dining space, improving spatial quality and internal flow. The arrangement allows for strong visual and physical connectivity with the rear garden through the introduction of large glazed doors, enhancing natural light and amenity.
