Formation of flat roofed dormers to the outrigger and main rear roof. The dormer and outrigger dormers shall be stepped back from the eaves by 200mm. New windows shall be double glazed timber framed sash windows to match the traditional pattern. Any windows facing the boundary shall be obscured glazing with no opening elements lower than 1.7m above finished floor level.
