Provision of an external canopy to shade GF windows linked to an existing canopy, elevation to front courtyard and driveway. Replacement of all existing doors and windows and the provision of 3 No. new windows in new openings. Renovation and repair of existing external render and the repainting of the whole external elevations. Demolition of an existing timber shed and erection of a new detached covered seating area, erection of a 1.8m high fence and gate between the drive and rear garden.
