Full proposal

Demolition of existing buildings and phased redevelopment to deliver 814 dwellings (Use Class C3) within three buildings of (Ground plus) 21, 25 and 34 storeys, alongside shared amenity space, basement car and cycle parking. Erection of a pavilion building for commercial and community uses (Use Classes E, F1, F2 and Sui Generis – drinking establishments), public realm and landscaping works including new access to the riverside walkway, servicing arrangements, and all associated works.
