Listed Building Consent for works associated with change of use from office (Use Class E) to a 4 bedroom dwellinghouse (Use Class C3), including formation of front and rear basement lightwells, with a staircase to the rear lightwell, erection of new railings to the front, boundary alterations to rear and side elevations, erection of a rear car port with roller shutter access and associated canopy and decking, alterations to the rear access arrangements, re roofing works, replacement and repair of windows, and minor internal alterations.
