Lawful Development Certificate for an existing use of yard for the open storage of equipment, materials, vehicles and plant (including storage containers, fork lift trucks, mobile generators, pile driving rigs, diggers, JCBs, solar panels, fencing); associated use of the yard for parking of vehicles (including HGVs, haulage vehicles, vans, and staff vehicles); use of the warehouse building for the storage of equipment and the repair and maintenance of vehicles associated with the use of the site for storage and parking and storage of associated items; and use of the office building for office purposes associated with the use of the site for storage and parking.
