Certificate of lawful development for proposed change of use of an existing dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a small house in multiple occupation (Use Class C4) for up to three unrelated occupants. The property will provide three bedrooms, each with its own en suite shower room, together with a shared kitchen and lounge area. The use will remain entirely residential in character. There are no external alterations to the building and no commercial or industrial processes involved. No machinery or plant will be installed. Occupation will be on a domestic basis, with normal residential hours of use (24-hour occupation typical of a home). There will be no business operations, visitors, or deliveries beyond what is associated with an ordinary residential dwelling. The property will be managed by DM & Co. Homes, ensuring compliance with all relevant building regulations, fire-safety and HMO management standards.
