Formation of new entrance lobby to existing restaurant, provision of a separate entrance to upper floors incorporating a new staircase, removal of internal staircase, reconfiguration of internal layout of the first-floor office accommodation, conversion of second-floor office & loft space to residential use, comprising five bed HMO, erection of rear extensions at first and second floors, replacement of existing rear pitched roof with a flat roof dormer, installation of new window openings to the rear elevation and two rooflights to the front pitched roof.
