Internal and minor external alterations to the Grade II listed dwelling, including reinstatement of breathable limecrete and stone floors, refurbishment of kitchen and bathrooms, safe adjustment of attic stair, minor door and window alterations. Relocation of boiler to a discreet screened position, all using traditional, reversible methods.
