Hybrid planning application consisting of a full application for the demolition of all existing buildings and erection of a retail convenience store with associated parking, ATM, plant, satellite dishes, landscaping, bollards and infrastructure, together with an outline application, with all matters reserved save from access, for the erection of up to seventeen residential dwellings with associated parking, landscaping and infrastructure.
