A hybrid application for a) Detailed (full) application for demolition of existing buildings, and erection of four buildings to be used within Use Class E(g)(ii), E(g)(iii), B2, B8 including details of access, parking, servicing, landscaping and associated works/ancillary development. b) Outline permission with all matters reserved for the demolition of existing buildings and erection of up to 8,500 sq. m of commercial floorspace within a range of buildings use within Classes E(g)(ii), E(g)(iii), B2, B8, with associated access, parking, servicing, landscaping and associated works/ancillary development.
