Full proposal

Use of the dwellinghouse to provide care and support to a maximum of 3 young persons (aged between 6 and 18 years) on long term placements. There will be two adult carers resident at the premises at any one time (plus a manager visiting typically once a day between the hours of 9-5). Changeover of staff would usually take place every 48hours between the hours of 8am and 8.30am. There would typically be a maximum of four cars parked on site each day.
