Full proposal

Demolition of the flat-roofed extensions to the east and west elevations; demolition and replacement of the existing garage block, entrance structure, and two dormer windows; demolition of the bays on the south elevation and reconstruction as a single bay; extensions to the south, east, and west elevations; full replacement of all existing windows; and general repairs to the derelict fabric of the existing building.
