Development of purpose built student accommodation for a total of 251 bedspaces, comprising 27 cluster flats (191 bed spaces) and 60 no. 1-bed studio flats in a building comprising 10 storeys (with associated communal amenity areas and communal and operational facilities), associated hard and soft landscaping works (including pedestrian link at the south eastern edge of the site, podium garden and public realm) and car parking.
