Demolition of existing buildings and phased redevelopment of the site to provide up to 2,000 homes including up to 150 later living units, a 2 form entry primary school (use class F1(a)) and nursery provision for up to 106 children (use class E(f)), a local centre of up to 2,200sqm of commercial and community uses (use classes E and F2(b)) and up to 1,200sqm of healthcare floorspace (use class E(e)), a new public park of a minimum of 23.28ha, landscaping, supporting drainage and highways infrastructure, substations, car and cycle parking and associated works (Outline Planning Application - all matters reserved except for access)
