Formation of 'Community Charging' EV recharging facility on existing private residential car park (change of use from car park ancillary to residential (C3) to commercial EV charging station (sui generis). Development to comprise the installation of 3.no rapid chargers to serve 6.no new EV charging bays, together with ancillary electrical equipment including substation. Removal of boundary palisade fencing replacement with new hooped barriers along boundary. New pole mounted lights. New surface treatment.
