Full proposal

Redevelopment of dwelling, agricultural buildings and adjoining farmyard (previously used in connection with former dairy farm operations) to include extensions to existing dwelling, conversion of three vacant agricultural buildings (buildings 2, 3 and 4) to four dwellings, demolition of surplus to requirements agricultural buildings (buildings 5, 6, 7 and 10). Removal of existing silage clamps and slurry pits and erection of two agricultural buildings to serve future needs of Home Farm (comprising use of adjoining fields as grazing land and arable fields), sited away from the group of existing and proposed dwellings within and adjoining the application site.
