To regularise works: Extension of existing second floor loft spaces to form 1 no. bedroom/snug space, access to an existing loft space to form attic room, and conversion of a loft space into a dressing room for bedroom 1 and formation of new stair cases to the second floor. Conversion of existing garage ground floor into residential accommodation, extension of existing garage first floor to form bedroom accommodation, all part of integral accommodation within the Paradise Cottage. Construction of balcony to converted garage's first floor.
