Change of use of management offices, laundry room, cinema room and storage areas, within Marr House to provide 5no. student bedrooms, external alteration to replace door with window in the northern elevation. Installation of a managers office meeting room, post room, staff tearoom, filing area, laundry/stores, social/study area and cimema room and 2no. studio apartments, for students within The Meeting Place. External works to The Meeting Place will include the addition of a door and window within the northern elevation and opening window to east elevation.(amended proposal and plans received 01.12.25 and 09.12.25)
