FORMAL DESCRIPTION: Part demolition and part retention and retrofit of existing building with upwards extension and extension of existing basement to facilitate the delivery of new residential homes comprising Build to Rent units (Class C3), co-living units (Sui Generis), community (Class F2) and commercial (Class E) floorspace at ground floor level, with associated internal and external amenity space, play space, public realm and highway improvements, parking, refuse storage, plant and other associated works. DETAILED DESCRIPTION: Partial demolition and erection of additional two, four and eight stories to existing building, resulting in part 15, part 22 and part 24 storey building, and extension of existing basement to provide a mixed use development comprising 312 self contained build to rent residential units (Class C3), 195 co-living units (Sui Generis), community floor space (Class F2) and commercial floor space (Class E) and provision of associated internal and external amenity areas, play space, parking, refuse and cycle storage, plant, landscaping and other associated works.
