Full Proposal

Modification of Section 106 relating to 23/505139/OUT by mutual agreement for amendments to the definition of Affordable Dwellings remove First Homes and replace with Discounted Market Sale and fix at 25% (1), amend (2) to affordable rented units, change to tenure split. All reference to social rent replaced with affordable rent and First Homes replaced with DMS. Amendments to the Definitions in Schedule 5, Paragraph 1. Delete Social Rent and Social Rented Units. In Schedule 5 sub paragraphs 5.1.2 and 5.1.3 shall be deleted. Reference to sub paragraphs 5.1.2 and 5.1.3 in sub paragraph 5.1.5 shall be deleted. In Schedule 5 paragraph 6 the words for a period of at least 9 months following the Reserved Matters Approvals (or such shorter period as may be agreed in writing by the Borough Council shall be deleted and replaced with for such period as may be agreed in writing by the Borough Council. In Schedule 5 paragraph 2 the following sub paragraphs shall be amended. In paragraph 2.6 the words Social Rented Units shall be deleted and replaced with Affordable Rented Units. In paragraph 3.1 the words Social Rented Units shall be deleted and replaced with Affordable Rented Units. In paragraph 3.7 the words Social Rented Units shall be deleted and replaced with Affordable Rented Units and the words Social Rent shall be deleted and replaced with Affordable Rent. Schedule 7 shall be deleted and replaced with a new DMS Schedule.
