Pre-application enquiry - Construction of a new Centre for Marine Sporting Excellence at Knab Rock, including training facilities, boat and equipment storage, community rooms, public toilets and changing places. Construction of an enabling residential development comprising 12 mezzanine apartments above a ground-floor car park deck, with associated access, cycle storage, bin storage, EV charging provision, green roof, ecological enhancements and cliff-face hydroseeding. The two elements form a single, linked proposal to secure the long-term delivery and funding of the Marine Sporting Excellence Centre.
