Full proposal

Change of use from a dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to an 8-bed space (8-bedroom) large house in multiple occupation (sui generis) with the erection of a single-storey extension and dormer window to the rear. The proposed plans show a single-storey and dormer window extension, both elements of which are permitted development by virtue of the general permitted development as explained in the supporting Design and Access/Planning Statement.
