Demolition of attached garage, detached garage, rear extension and side dormer. Removal of tile hanging to front gable to be replaced with painted timber look boarding down to first floor level. Replacement of windows. Erection of single storey side and rear extension, removal of porch doors and window, removal of chimney, hip to gable extension with dormer window added to front roof slope.
