Change of use from car wash and valeting facility to car sales forecourt including the installation of 2.1m high palisade security fencing and gates, creation of a new exit door beside the existing garage/workshop, white rendering of the existing workshop, office and staff areas, conversion of the existing public car valeting area into private use only, installation of resin surfacing across operational areas, proposed dropped kerb at the new exit to facilitate safe vehicle movement and installation of a new security camera pole on the forecourt
