Construction of six Use Class E employment units (280m2 in total) with associated parking following demolition of existing redundant barns,erection of two detached dwelling houses (1 x 4 bed, 1 x 3 bed) with gardens, parking and garaging, conversion of Hoe Farmhouse to offices: all north of Hoe Lane. Erection of one detached 'tied house' (3 bed) with garden for Ashfield Estate employee; creation of allotments, estate plant nursery, sheds, cycle store and parking spaces for community uses as well as visitors to employment units, vehicular and pedestrian entrances including lych gate, and overall boundary treatment incorporating 2100mm and 900mm brick walling, 900mm railings and retained hedging: all for the area south of Hoe Lane
