Full proposal

The construction of a single-story rear extension extending 4.5 meters beyond the rear wall of the original dwelling, with a maximum height of 3 meters. The proposal features a flat roof design finished in EPDM rubber, incorporating a central powder-coated aluminium sky lantern. External elevations are to be finished in white silicone render, with black powder-coated aluminium bifold/sliding doors providing access to the rear garden. The project includes all associated internal alterations and minor landscaping.
