Demolition, alteration and extension of existing buildings and construction of new buildings to provide 90 residential dwellings (houses and apartments), including part retrospective permission for plots 6-12 (Meadow Houses), with associated access, car parking, landscaping, infrastructure and associated works (see accompanying Major Planning application P/2024/0693).
