Alterations to roof profile with removal of flat roofs over villa. Re-configuration of loft space to create bedrooms, with various alterations to first floor, including improvement of room layouts and addition of balcony amenity space. Alterations to ground floor restaurant, including extension to front, with bi-fold terrace doors.
