Ground floor wrap-around side and rear extension following part demolition of the existing rear extension; first floor rear extension to the existing outrigger; installation of new rooflights and alterations to fenestration. Internal alterations including partial excavation of the existing basement to increase head height and enable improved use of the space for ancillary purposes, which will remain in non-habitable use.
