Change of use from Children's Contact Centre (Use Class F1) to children's home (Use Class C2) serving as a permanent home for 5x Tower Hamlets children/young people aged between 11 and 18. Associated waste/recycling storage and cycle parking spaces. Replacement of windows on front elevation and ground floor side elevation and installation of 2x rear ground floor window with internal alterations.
