Full proposal

The proposed development consists of the construction of two new reinforced concrete walls approximately 36m in length to form an upgraded silage pit, designed to comply with current environmental, structural, and agricultural regulations. The works also include the installation of a concrete apron to the front of the silage pit. The apron will be appropriately graded to collect all silage effluent and surface run-off and convey it to the existing liquid storage tank on the farm. No changes are proposed to the existing yard access or traffic arrangements, and the development will be located within the established farmyard complex
