Change of use of former Coroner's court [use class F1(g)] to studio/office space[use class E(g)(i)] with internal and external alterations to include minor repairs to brickwork, windows, cills and external doors; demolition of a single-storey toilet block; enlargement of window to form new access; hard & soft landscaping; replacement of steps with new ramped access; and internal refurbishment/repair works
