Excavation to form a basement, erection of a single-storey rear extension, erection of a mansard roof extension to main roof with a small dormer window and raising the ridge by 190mm formation of roof terrace with 1.7m high privacy screen and 1100mm high obscure railing to front of roof terrace. Alterations to include the formation of a new gable roof over the front bay window.
