Alterations including erection of roof extension to main rear roof (with French doors); extension of a three-storey back addition; formation of a roof terrace above second floor level with a 1.7m high screen surround; erection of a replacement rear dormer at second floor level; erection of a single storey rear extension; and excavation to create a basement including formation of rear lightwell with grille over. Installation of replacement windows to all elevations.
