Retrospective application for retention of one below-ground connection from the existing gas main in Queenstown Road/pavement to the front (north-west) of the property, retention of external gas riser manifold and meter bank (comprising three meter box units) installed at low level beneath the windows within the front garden area (ground floor). Retention of three gas outlets along the front facade of the building, and internal gas outlet routes within all three flats.
