Full proposal

The proposed development comprises a loft conversion and extension to first floor maisonette in a mid-terrace property. Including rooflights to the front roof slope, the removal of the existing rear roof slope and its replacement with a mansard roof extension, dormer windows, a Juliet balcony, the formation of a roof terrace with screening and party wall to 40A extended. The development also includes the installation of an external spiral staircase providing access from first floor level to the rear garden as replacement of the internal staircase accessed via glazed opening.
