Conversion of the garage to habitable use with a parapet wall above on the front elevation and the erection of a flat roof canopy over the front entrance to the dwelling following the demolition of the pitch roof over the existing garage and attached sloped roof canopy over the front entrance. Installation of external render and UPVC grey windows to all elevations of the dwelling and alterations to fenestration.
